Household and Agriculture Hazardous Waste Clean Sweep

Are you looking for a safe and environmentally responsible manner to dispose of unwanted chemicals from your barn, basement, garage, workshop, kitchen or bathroom?
Then plan to attend the August 13, 2021 Green Lake County Hazardous Waste Clean Sweep from 11am – 5pm (E-waste from 11am-3pm) at the Green Lake County Fairgrounds at 570 South Street in Green Lake.
Household hazardous waste items include: agricultural chemicals, lawn and garden products, household cleaners, poisons, oil based paints and paint related products, rechargeable batteries, mercury thermometers, swimming pool chemicals, antifreeze, fluorescent bulbs, waste oil and many other items. Disposal of these chemical items are FREE!
We will be accepting Household EWASTE (from 11am-3pm) which includes things like microwaves, window air conditioners, dehumidifiers, TVs, VCRs, personal computers (PCs) and computer components, monitors and cathode ray tubes (CRTs), office equipment, calculators, game systems, phones, wires/cables, etc….
